New 2020 construction with all modern appliances. The house is entirely wood construction on the interior for a luxury rustic experience. The views of the top floor deck are outstanding with great wildlife and star gazing opportunities. Two private sleeping areas and sleeping areas on the deck or front lawn for a tent. Nema 14-50 outlet is supplied for EV charging.
Other Details to Note
We will have cans of bear spray and a few warm jackets a available for guest use. There is some canned food and common condiments for guest use.
